HOW TO ENTER
In order to enter this competition, respondents are required to sign up for the Simrad Yachting newsletter via www.simrad-yachting.com.au during the competition period as stated below. Respondents must enter the promo code NOMAD to be eligible when filling in the contact form on the www.simrad-yachting.com.au web site.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 and over ("Eligible Respondents"). Employees and their immediate families of Navico and Nomad Sportfishing cannot participate and are thus ineligible for prizes.
2. An Eligible Respondent will receive one entry for signing up to the newsletter
3. Navico reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. Entry to this competition will commence at 8am EST on 7/05/12 and closes 8pm EST on 30/10/12
5. Prize Draw is to be conducted at 10am EST on 1/11/12 at the premises of Navico Australia, 5/12 Mars Road, Lane Cove NSW 2066
6. Winner is to be notified by phone, mail and published on Simrad Yachting facebook page, Simrad yachting web page and Simrad yachting consumer newsletter on 1/11/12. Winners name will also be published in the Herald Sun on Monday November 5, 2012
7. Total potential prize pool equals to $15,000
8. Total prize pool includes a 3 person charter, valued at $3500 per person, totalling $10,500 RRP, with Nomad Sportsfishing on Feb 11 2013 to Feb 14 2013. The dates are subject to change and are dependent on the weather. The charter includes 4 days of fishing, and 3 nights aboard 80ft mother ship at the Inner Bugatti Reef
9. Navico to pay for 3 x return economy airfares from an Australian Capital city to Mackay or Hamilton Island up to the value of $4,500. In the event of the return flights equalling less than $4500 the winner will not receive any compensation. Any additional costs of the trip including travel to and from airport, petrol, alcohol, lures, and fishing rods will be at cost to the winner. No spending money will be provided.
10. In the event of there being an unclaimed prize an unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted at 10am EST on 14/12/12 at the premises of Navico Australia, 5/12 Mars Road, Lane Cove NSW 2066
11. Winner is to be notified by phone, mail and published on Simrad Yachting facebook page and Simrad yachting consumer newsletter on 14/12/12. Winners name will also be published in in the Herald Sun on Tuesday December 18 , 2012
12. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the competition. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition. However, entrants’ personal information will NOT be disclosed to any party other than the Promoter for any future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
